Our Process

As every investor is different, so is our process. The process below is typical of the services that we offer our clients.  RCB Financial Group will work with you and tailor our services to meet your unique needs.    


1. Initial Consultation – During our first consultation we will meet with you to clarify your financial goals, prioritize those goals and establish a time frame. We will also gather relevant financial information. We will address any questions that you may have about our firm.


2. Analysis – By analyzing the information provided we will assess your needs, issues and current progress towards achieving your goals. We will then use this information to establish a detailed plan for you.


3. Second Meeting – At our second meeting, we will review our findings and present our recommendations.  We will discuss the viability of our proposed strategies, answer questions and initiate any necessary adjustments based upon your input.


4. Evaluation – After receiving your feedback on our recommendations, we begin the process of preparing a final plan.


5. Implementation Meeting/Delivery – At this meeting we will present and discuss our final plan. Upon your approval, the implementation process will begin.  


6. Monitor and Manage - After the plan has been implemented we like to
communicate periodically to monitor and manage the existing plan. This enables us to
review any changes in your life goals and your time frame and use this information to
make required adjustments to your financial plan. In addition to check-ins, we
encourage our clients to contact us with any questions or information that might affect financial planning goals. Clients should feel free to contact the office with questions via email or phone, or to set up a meeting.
